Garanti Koşulları
Ürünler, imalatçı firma garantisi kapsamındadır. Satın almış olduğunuz ürünlerde, garanti süresi içinde meydana gelen arızalar, aşağıda ayrıntıları belirtilen garanti şartlarına göre ücretsiz olarak tamir ettirilir.
- Garanti süresi malın tüketiciye teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve aksi belirtilmediği sürece en az iki yıldır. Malın arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir.
- Malın tamir süresi en fazla 30 iş günüdür. Bu süre mala ilişkin arızanın servise ya da satıcıya bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Bu sürenin aşılması durumunda, müşteri, malın ücretsiz değişimini ya da bedel iadesini isteyebilir.
- Malın arızasının 15 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi halinde, imalatçı firma; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır.
- Satıcı firma malın; garanti süresi içinde, gerek malzeme ve işçilik gerekse montaj hatalarından dolayı arızalanması halinde işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamirini yapmak veya yaptırmakla yükümlüdür.
- Arızalarda kullanım hatasının bulunup bulunmadığı servis raporuyla firma tarafından düzenlenen raporla belirlenir.
- Tüketicinin tamir hakkını kullanmasına rağmen malın,tüketiciye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren, bir yıl içerisinde; aynı arızanın veya farklı arızaların devam etmesi durumunda garanti süresi içerisinde farklı arızaların devam etmesi, yanı sıra, bu arızaların maldan yararlanamamayı sürekli kılması,tamiri için gereken azami sürenin (30 gün) aşılması, arızanın tamirinin mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi, bu durumlarda tüketici malın ücretsiz değiştirilmesini veya bedel iadesi talep edebilir.
Arızalı ürünlerde izlenecek yöntem, ürünü aldığınızda arızalı ise firmamıza teknik servisine bilgi ulaştırdığınızda cihazda yapılacak kontrolden sonra yenisi verilecektir. İzmir dışındaki müşterilerimizin arıza durumunda izlemesi gereken yol, normal iade koşulları aynen geçerli olmaktadır. Kullanıcı firma servisimizi arayarak donanımları ile ilgili bir sorun olmadığından emin olmalarıdır. Arızalı olduğuna karar verilen ürünleri en kısa sürede firmamıza kargo ile ulaştırmaları gerekmektedir. (Kargo masrafı Müşterilerimiz tarafından yapılacaktır.)
